Rajasthan Sets New Benchmark in Mission Karmayogi with Rashtriya Karmayogi Karyakram

The state government of Rajasthan has unveiled a new milestone under its Mission Karmayogi programme, introducing the Rashtriya Karmayogi Karyakram to broaden job creation across the state. The initiative aims to mobilise skilled and unskilled labour, provide vocational training and facilitate linkages with private employers. Officials said the scheme will target rural youth, women and persons with disabilities, offering subsidies and incentives for businesses that hire from these groups. The launch event, held in Jaipur, was attended by the Chief Minister and key cabinet ministers, who highlighted the programme’s role in boosting inclusive growth. Rajasthan plans to monitor progress through quarterly reports and adjust incentives based on outcomes.
