Digital Delivery

Need24 News primarily provides digital services. There is no physical shipping for memberships, ID cards, e-papers, certificates and digital marketing services. These are delivered electronically:

• Reporter membership & Digital Media ID card: activated in your online dashboard immediately after successful payment and verification (usually instant to 24 hours).
• Online exam certificates: available to download instantly on passing.
• Digital marketing services: delivered as per the agreed scope and timeline communicated at onboarding.

Physical Branding Products

If you order physical branding items (where offered), delivery is typically completed within 7–14 business days across India via standard courier. Delivery timelines may vary based on location and product availability. Any applicable shipping charges are shown at checkout.
