These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of need24.digital and all services offered by Need24 News / Need24 Digital ("we", "us"). By accessing the Website or purchasing any service, you agree to these Terms.

1. Services

We provide an online news platform (news, e-paper, jobs, videos), a paid Reporter membership programme (City, District, State Bureau and Citizen Reporter plans), a branding store, online certification exams, and digital marketing services. Some content is free; certain features and memberships require payment.

2. Eligibility & Accounts

• You must be at least 18 years old to purchase a paid plan or service.
• You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for all activity under your account.
• Information you provide must be true, accurate and complete.

3. Reporter Membership

• Membership fees are annual and grant access to the benefits listed for the chosen plan (ID card, appointment letter, profile page, news submission, training, etc.).
• The Digital Media ID card and documents remain the property of Need24 Digital and must not be misused. They confer no police, legal or governmental authority.
• Reporters must publish only true, verified and lawful content. Fake news, defamation, obscene/communal or illegal content is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate suspension without refund and appropriate legal action.
• Earnings, points and wallet features are subject to our internal policies and may be modified at any time.

4. Payments

All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and may be exclusive of applicable taxes. Payments are processed via secure third-party gateways (e.g., Razorpay). Your membership/service activates after successful payment confirmation.

5. Intellectual Property

The Need24 News name, logo, design and original content are owned by Need24 Digital. News content is compiled from various sources and, where applicable, attributed. You may not copy, resell or redistribute our paid content or branding without written permission.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the Website, attempt unauthorised access, upload malicious code, or use our services for any unlawful purpose.

7. Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability

News and information are provided on an "as is" basis for general information only. We do not guarantee accuracy of third-party sourced content and are not liable for any loss arising from reliance on it. Our total liability for any paid service is limited to the amount paid for that service.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access for violation of these Terms. Refunds, if any, are governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Gujarat, India.
