Residents and BJP members in Sri Ganganagar, Rajasthan, have staged a protest against the reported demolition of the 125-year-old historic Shri Gurdwara Sikh Sabha Sahib in Farukabad, Sheikhupura district, Pakistan.

Anger erupted in Sri Ganganagar, Rajasthan, following reports of the demolition of a historic Sikh place of worship in Pakistan. Approximately 125-year-old Shri Gurdwara Sikh Sabha Sahib, located in Farukabad, Sheikhupura district of Pakistan's Punjab province, is alleged to have been razed.

In response to this news, members of the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) and the local Sikh community in Sri Ganganagar organized a strong protest. Demonstrators expressed their outrage and condemned the destruction of the ancient gurdwara.

The protest highlights the deep concern within the community regarding the preservation of historical religious sites across borders.
