Woman Dies After Being Hit by Speeding Motorcycle in Bihar's Saran

A 55-year-old woman, returning home with medicine, was fatally struck by a speeding motorcycle in Saran district of Bihar. The biker also sustained injuries in the accident.
A tragic road accident in the Amanour police station area of Saran district, Bihar, has resulted in the death of a 55-year-old woman. The victim, identified as Kaushalya Devi, was reportedly returning home after purchasing medicine when she was hit by a speeding motorcycle.
Eyewitnesses reported that the motorcycle was travelling at a high speed when it collided with the woman. She sustained severe injuries in the impact. Efforts to transport her to a hospital were underway when she succumbed to her injuries.
The accident also left the rider of the motorcycle injured. Following the incident, a somber mood has descended upon the local village.
