A training aircraft crashed in Kanpur early Wednesday, killing both pilots on board.

A training aircraft went down in the outskirts of Kanpur on Wednesday morning, resulting in the deaths of both pilots aboard. The crash was reported to local authorities shortly after the aircraft disappeared from radar.

Rescue teams and police rushed to the site, where they found the wreckage scattered across a field. Both pilots were pronounced dead at the scene, and no other casualties were reported.

The Indian Air Force has launched an inquiry to determine the cause of the accident, and a senior officer said a thorough investigation will be conducted in coordination with civil aviation officials.

Authorities have urged the public to avoid the crash area while forensic examinations are underway, and they have promised to release further details as soon as they become available.
