Satna Dog-Free-Area Protest Sparks Stick Attack on Shailendra Pandey

Earlier this week, residents of Satna’s JP Puram Colony were embroiled in a dispute over the practice of letting pet dogs roam freely. Shailendra Pandey, a local resident, voiced opposition to the practice, sparking a confrontation. He was subsequently struck with sticks by neighbor Anuj Pandey and several other individuals. Police have registered a formal complaint and are investigating the assault.
