The unions said the government agreed to remove privately numbered vehicles from aggregator platforms and to introduce a new fare structure.
The new system will see a 15 per cent increase in fares for passengers.
The transport minister confirmed the agreement and said the changes would be implemented soon.
The strike ended without any major incidents, restoring normal service across the state.
