Lightning Strikes Kill Two in Khargone Amidst First Heavy Monsoon Rains

Two individuals, a construction worker and a woman, have died in Khargone after being struck by lightning during the season's initial heavy monsoon downpour.
Tragic incidents unfolded in Khargone as lightning claimed the lives of two people during the first substantial rainfall of the monsoon season. The victims were identified as Radheshyam Sonariya, a 30-year-old centering worker, and Kenu Bai, a 30-year-old woman from Dasanawal village.
Sonariya was working at a building construction site located on Sanawad Road when the lightning struck. Kenu Bai was also a victim of the same lightning event in Dasanawal village. Both succumbed to their injuries after being hit by the electrical discharge.
The heavy monsoon showers, which brought much-needed relief from the heat, have unfortunately turned fatal for these individuals.
