300 kg of Gelatin Sticks Stolen from Explosives Warehouse Near Mahu Military Camp

Police have recorded a theft of approximately 300 kg of gelatin sticks and 375 meters of detonating fuses from a private explosives warehouse near Mahu military camp in Badhgonda police station area. A 15‑member Special Investigation Team has been formed to track the suspects.
A private explosives warehouse situated close to the Mahu military camp in the Badhgonda police station area was reported to have been robbed, with thieves taking about 300 kilograms of gelatin sticks and 375 meters of detonating fuses.
The warehouse, which stores high‑explosive materials for various government and private projects, was found empty after the theft was discovered by security staff.
In response, the local police registered a case and immediately set up a Special Investigation Team (SIT) comprising 15 officers to investigate the incident and recover the stolen materials.
The SIT is conducting a thorough search of the surrounding area and interviewing witnesses, while the police are also coordinating with the military authorities for additional security measures.
Investigators are currently tracking the suspects and have requested the public to come forward with any information that could help in locating the stolen explosives.
