YouTube and Meta have removed the advertising restrictions that were placed on a documentary about Elon Musk, allowing the film to be monetised on both platforms.
YouTube and Meta announced that they have lifted the ad restrictions previously imposed on a documentary profiling Elon Musk.
The documentary, which examines Musk's business ventures and personal life, had been barred from monetisation after the platforms flagged it for policy concerns.
Both companies said the reversal restores advertisers' ability to run campaigns alongside the video, though they did not detail the reasons for the original ban or the change.
