Actor Vidyut Jammwal observed that Hollywood film sets maintain stricter punctuality than Bollywood, noting that stars like 50 Cent and Jason Momoa never arrive late.
Veteran action star Vidyut Jammwal, speaking about his recent experiences on international projects, remarked that the work culture on Hollywood film sets is markedly more disciplined than that of Bollywood. He pointed out that high‑profile actors such as rapper‑turned‑actor 50 Cent and superhero star Jason Momoa adhere strictly to shooting schedules, never arriving late for their scenes.
Jammwal, who has been expanding his career beyond Indian cinema, said the punctuality observed in Hollywood contributes to smoother productions and tighter timelines. He contrasted this with occasional delays he has witnessed on Indian sets, where scheduling lapses can affect the overall workflow.
The actor’s comments come amid ongoing discussions within the Indian film industry about improving professionalism and efficiency. While acknowledging the creative strengths of Bollywood, Jammwal urged local producers and crews to adopt stricter time‑management practices to match global standards.
