Uttarakhand Chief Minister Dharmendra Singh Dhami laid flowers at a memorial to honor former President Dr Sarvepalli Radhakrishnan on the occasion of Teachers' Day.
On 5th September, Uttarakhand’s Chief Minister Dharmendra Singh Dhami paid a floral tribute to Dr Sarvepalli Radhakrishnan, the former President of India and a revered scholar, in observance of Teachers' Day.
