Uttarakhand Announces Expansion of Specialized Healthcare and Paramedical Training

Uttarakhand's government has unveiled a plan to enlarge the scope of specialised healthcare services across the state, alongside a concerted effort to strengthen paramedical education programmes. The initiative aims to bridge existing gaps in medical infrastructure and create a larger pool of trained support staff for hospitals and clinics.

Officials indicated that the expansion will involve setting up new specialised departments in existing hospitals and establishing additional training centres for paramedical courses.
