Two workers fall from 19th floor of SmartWorld project in Gurugram, one dies

Two labourers working on the 19th floor of the under‑construction SmartWorld project in Sector 113, Gurugram, fell. One of them, a worker from Bihar, succumbed to his injuries.
A construction accident occurred on Tuesday at the M3M Builder's SmartWorld project in Sector 113, Gurugram. Two labourers who were working on the 19th floor lost their footing and fell to the ground.
Emergency services were called to the site immediately. The injured were rushed to a nearby hospital, where one of the workers, identified as a resident of Bihar, was declared dead.
The second worker survived with non‑life‑threatening injuries and is receiving medical care. Police and municipal officials have opened an inquiry to determine the cause of the fall and to assess compliance with safety regulations at the site.
