Two New Tunnels Open on Kiratpur-Manali Four-Lane, Mandi-Kullu Travel Time Cut to One Hour

Two new tunnels have been opened on the Kiratpur-Manali four-lane highway, providing a major boost to the route.

The tunnels lie on the stretch connecting Kiratpur in Punjab to Manali in Himachal Pradesh, forming part of the four-lane expansion project.

As a result, the travel time between Mandi and Kullu has been reduced to approximately one hour.
