Tom Cruise Proud of 'Digger' Despite Mixed Reviews and Weak Box‑Office

Tom Cruise, the American actor, commented on his recent film "Digger" during a press interaction, stating his pride in the project despite its performance. The film, released globally earlier this month, has drawn a mixed response from critics, with some praising its ambition while others point to narrative flaws. In India, box‑office figures show a modest opening, far below expectations for a Cruise vehicle. Cruise emphasized that artistic satisfaction matters more to him than commercial numbers, adding that the team’s effort and the film’s themes remain important. He thanked the Indian audience for their support and said he hopes the movie will find a longer life through streaming platforms.
