The Collector of Tikamgarh visited the district hospital on Tuesday to conduct a routine inspection of the health facilities.
While touring the wards, he observed that the chief nursing officer was unable to take a reliable blood‑pressure reading from a female patient, raising concerns about the adequacy of medical equipment and staff training.
