The NMC in Telangana has issued a directive that every statutory appeal must now be filed through its newly launched online portal.

The NMC announced that, effective immediately, all statutory appeals in Telangana must be submitted via its dedicated online portal. The decision aims to digitise the appeal process, cutting down paperwork and speeding up resolution times.

The portal enables users to create accounts, upload supporting documents, track the progress of their appeals and receive real‑time notifications. It replaces the traditional paper‑based submission method that was previously mandatory.

Officials said the move will enhance transparency, ensure uniform handling of appeals across departments and align the commission with broader e‑governance initiatives. They have urged lawyers, petitioners and related stakeholders to familiarize themselves with the new system.

The directive applies to every appeal under the NMC's statutory jurisdiction in the state. Appeals filed through conventional means after the implementation date may be rejected outright.

To facilitate a smooth transition, the NMC will conduct training workshops and set up a help‑desk to assist users with technical issues, and the portal can be accessed through the commission's official website.
