Salesforce has teamed up with the Tripura government to roll out a digital skilling initiative aimed at empowering local businesses and entrepreneurs with essential tech skills.
Salesforce, the global cloud‑computing giant, has joined forces with the Tripura state government to introduce a new digital skilling initiative. The program, announced in a joint press release, is designed to equip small and medium enterprises (SMEs) and aspiring entrepreneurs with the digital tools and knowledge needed to thrive in a technology‑driven economy.
Under the scheme, participants will receive training in areas such as cloud computing, data analytics, and digital marketing. The curriculum is tailored to the needs of Tripura’s local business community and will be delivered through a mix of online modules and in‑person workshops.
The initiative is expected to boost employability, enhance productivity, and foster innovation among Tripura’s SMEs. By bridging the digital skills gap, the partnership aims to create a more inclusive and competitive business environment in the state.
The launch event was held at the Tripura State Secretariat, where officials highlighted the importance of digital literacy for economic growth and announced that enrollment will begin next month.
