Rugby India Gives Meghalaya Provisional Affiliation, Boosting State’s Rugby Prospects

Rugby India announced on Monday that the Meghalaya Rugby Association has been awarded provisional affiliation. The decision enables the nascent body to field teams in official tournaments organized by the national federation.
