Rawat’s Century Lifts Uttarakhand to Lead Over Railways at CCI

Uttarakhand's batting line‑up gained a decisive edge in their Ranji Trophy clash with Railways after Rawat reached the three‑figure mark at the Cricket Club of India (CCI) venue. The centurion's knock anchored the innings, allowing the team to post a competitive total that put pressure on the visiting side.

Railways, chasing the target, struggled to match the momentum generated by Rawat's stroke play. Uttarakhand's bowlers capitalised on the platform, restricting the opposition and ensuring a first‑innings lead.

The win positions Uttarakhand favourably in the group stage, with the team looking to build on this performance in the remaining fixtures of the tournament.
