The Rajasthan education department has confirmed that all schools in the state will be closed on Ganesh Chaturthi, advising parents and students to observe the holiday.
The Rajasthan education department issued an advisory stating that schools across the state will remain shut on Ganesh Chaturthi, also known as Vinayak Chaturthi. The festival, celebrated on the fourth day of the Hindu month of Bhadrapada, is a public holiday in Rajasthan and the department has asked institutions to honor the day.
