MLA Thavar Chand Damor of Dhariyawad highlighted water, forest, land, employment, education and health challenges in tribal areas, accusing the state government of political posturing.
Ahead of the scheduled Rajasthan Legislative Assembly session, Dhariyawad MLA Thavar Chand Damor used his platform to draw attention to the deteriorating conditions in tribal regions of the state. He outlined a range of grievances, including scarcity of water, depletion of forest resources, insecure land tenure, inadequate employment opportunities, and shortcomings in education and health services.
Damor asserted that these systemic issues have left tribal communities in a state of chronic neglect. He urged the state government to move beyond rhetoric and implement concrete measures to address the basic needs of the affected populations.
Labeling the government's recent outreach as a "political show," the MLA warned that without substantive policy action, the administration risks further alienating tribal voters ahead of the upcoming assembly proceedings.
