Putin Departs New Delhi After BRICS Summit, Heads Home

Russian President Vladimir Putin left New Delhi today after concluding the BRICS Summit, heading back to Russia.
Vladimir Putin departed from New Delhi’s Indira Gandhi International Airport after concluding the 2024 BRICS Summit held in the capital.
The summit brought together leaders from Brazil, Russia, India, China and South Africa to discuss economic cooperation and geopolitical issues.
Following a series of meetings with Indian Prime Minister Narendra Modi and other BRICS heads, Putin agreed on joint initiatives aimed at strengthening multilateral ties.
He is expected to return to Moscow later this week, where he will continue to engage in international diplomacy.
