Punjab Police have arrested the notorious gangster Shatir Amrit Dalm as part of Operation Eastern Reach, targeting the Jaggu Bhagwanpuria gang with alleged ties to Moldova.
Shatir Amrit Dalm, a key figure in the Jaggu Bhagwanpuria gang, was taken into custody by Punjab Police on Monday during a coordinated raid.
