The Malayalam film Pradhama Drishtya Kuttakkar has become the sixth highest grosser of 2026 after 27 days of release, surpassing Bharathanatyam 2 Mohiniyattam.
Pradhama Drishtya Kuttakkar, a Malayalam feature released earlier this year, has crossed a significant milestone after 27 days at the box office. The film now sits at the sixth position among all Malayalam releases for 2026, according to data compiled by IMDb.
In its 27th day of theatrical run, the film’s cumulative earnings surpassed those of Bharathanatyam 2 Mohiniyattam, a previously high‑grossing title in the same year. This achievement places Pradhama Drishtya Kuttakkar among the top performers in the regional industry.
While exact figures are not disclosed, the ranking reflects sustained audience interest and steady ticket sales across multiple centers. Industry observers note that such a position indicates strong word‑of‑mouth and repeat viewership.
The film’s success adds to the growing trend of Malayalam cinema gaining wider recognition, with several titles now competing for the top spots in the national box‑office charts.
