PM Modi’s Birthday Celebrated with Special Mahakal Temple Puja

On the prime minister’s birthday, priests performed a dedicated puja at the Mahakal temple, placing a portrait of Modi in the shrine and applying tilak to wish him longevity and national prosperity.
On 17 August, a special puja was conducted at the Mahakal temple in Madhya Pradesh to mark Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s birthday. Priests performed rituals aimed at ensuring the leader’s long life, good health and continued welfare for the nation. During the ceremony, a portrait of Modi was placed in the shrine and a tilak was applied to his forehead, symbolising blessings for his successful tenure. The chanting of “Har Har Mahadev” echoed through the temple halls, reflecting the devotees’ reverence. The event was attended by local dignitaries and devotees, who gathered to offer prayers and light lamps in honour of the birthday celebration.
