The Odisha government has announced a 100‑week movement aimed at making the state drug‑free. It pledges comprehensive measures to curb substance abuse across the state.
On Thursday the Odisha government unveiled a 100‑week campaign to eradicate drug use across the state. The initiative will involve awareness drives, stricter enforcement of drug laws, and the expansion of rehabilitation facilities. Officials said the state will work closely with local bodies and non‑governmental organisations to reach every community. The campaign aims to reduce drug addiction and improve public health outcomes.
