The Mysuru Urban Development Authority (MUDA) Grounds, also known as Lalitha Mahal Grounds, have been legally declared private property of the erstwhile Mysore Royal Family by court ruling.
The ownership dispute concerning the land in Survey No. 4 of Kurubarahalli, commonly identified as Lalitha Mahal Grounds or MUDA Grounds, has been resolved by the courts. Pramoda Devi Wadiyar, a member of the erstwhile Mysore Royal Family, has confirmed this legal outcome.
