In a shocking incident, a person presumed dead was found alive in Muzaffarpur's Kanti area. The individual was lying in a bush near National Highway 27. Upon receiving the information, the police rushed to the spot, only to find the person waking up as they arrived. Further investigation revealed that the person was a member of the third gender community and had been lying unconscious due to excessive intoxication.
