MPPSC Exam Dates Rescheduled to Avoid UPSC Clash, August 8-13 Set for 2026

The Madhya Pradesh Public Service Commission (MPPSC) has revised the examination schedule for its 2025 main exam, moving it from August 17-22 to August 8-13, 2026. This change aims to prevent a clash with the Union Public Service Commission (UPSC) examinations.

The Madhya Pradesh Public Service Commission (MPPSC) has announced a revised schedule for its 2025 main examination. The exam, originally slated for August 17-22, will now be conducted from August 8 to August 13, 2026.

This rescheduling was undertaken after the commission received approval from the High Court. The primary reason for the change is to avoid a direct conflict with the dates of the Union Public Service Commission (UPSC) examinations.

The alteration in dates is expected to provide relief to approximately 4,000 candidates who would have faced scheduling difficulties due to the overlap. The MPPSC's decision ensures that candidates do not have to choose between appearing for state and central government recruitment examinations.
