The Madhya Pradesh High Court has reserved its verdict in the case concerning reservation in promotions. The next hearing is scheduled for July 13.

The Jabalpur bench of the Madhya Pradesh High Court has reserved its decision regarding the contentious issue of reservation in promotions. The court heard arguments from petitioners who accused the state government of failing to adhere to assurances.

During the proceedings, the petitioners alleged that despite government assurances, the administration proceeded with issuing promotion lists and conducting the Departmental Promotion Committee (DPC) meetings. This action by the government has led to the current legal challenge.

The court has now reserved its judgment and announced that the next hearing in this significant matter will take place on July 13.
