A proposed development project in Mohali, encompassing the creation of a park and a library, has seen no significant progress six years after its announcement. The initiative, intended to enhance local amenities, has been stalled, leaving residents without the promised facilities.
The project's prolonged delay raises questions about urban planning and execution timelines in the region. Despite the initial enthusiasm surrounding the plan, the lack of tangible development indicates significant hurdles in its implementation over the past six years.
