Mohali authorities are implementing a new surveillance strategy by installing high-mounted cameras to monitor and deter littering in public spaces.
In a move aimed at maintaining cleanliness across the city, Mohali is set to enhance its public surveillance system. High-mounted cameras will be installed at various locations to keep a close watch on individuals found littering.
The initiative intends to discourage the practice of throwing garbage in public areas and promote a cleaner urban environment. The new cameras are expected to act as a deterrent, ensuring that residents and visitors adhere to sanitation rules.
Authorities believe that this technological intervention will significantly contribute to the city's beautification and overall hygiene standards.
