Punjab’s sanitation minister, Harjot Bains, inspected the ongoing Mission Clean campaign in Nangal, evaluating waste‑management and street‑cleaning activities.

On a recent visit, Minister Harjot Bains toured the town’s main market area, residential colonies and a newly set up waste‑processing unit. He noted that the frequency of garbage collection had increased and that several newly installed dustbins were being used by residents. The minister also interacted with municipal officials, urging them to maintain the momentum and address any gaps in service.
Bains emphasized that sustained community participation is essential for the campaign’s success.
