Madhya Pradesh's Largest Shivdola Procession to Roll Out in Khargone with 27 Tableaux

The 58th Shivdola procession, billed as Madhya Pradesh's largest, will commence today in Khargone. Lord Sidhnath Mahadev will lead the regal city tour accompanied by 27 tableaux, dance troupes, akhadas, dhol-tasha parties and bhajan mandalis.
The Shivdola procession is being organized as the 58th edition of the annual event and is described as the biggest in Madhya Pradesh. It will feature a grand tour of Khargone city by the deity Lord Sidhnath Mahadev, who will be carried in a regal palanquin.
The procession will be decorated with 27 mythological tableaux depicting various religious themes. Accompanying the tableaux will be traditional dance troupes, akhadas demonstrating martial arts, energetic dhol-tasha parties, and devotional bhajan mandalis.
Authorities have made extensive arrangements to manage the large gathering of devotees and spectators expected to line the routes. The event aims to showcase the cultural and religious heritage of the region while drawing participants from across the district.
