Chief Minister Yadav announced a plan to convert Bina into a dedicated petrochemical hub and assured state assistance for prospective investors.
The Madhya Pradesh government has outlined a strategy to develop the town of Bina into a specialised petrochemical industrial zone. The proposal aims to attract domestic and foreign companies by offering a cluster of facilities tailored for petrochemical production, including land parcels, infrastructure upgrades and streamlined clearances.
Chief Minister Yadav emphasized that the state will extend "all possible help" to investors, ranging from financial incentives to expedited approval processes. He indicated that the initiative is part of a broader effort to diversify the state's industrial base and generate employment opportunities.
Officials said that feasibility studies are underway to identify suitable sites and assess environmental safeguards. If approved, the Bina hub could position Madhya Pradesh as a key player in India's growing petrochemical sector.
