A grand rathyatra of Lord Venkatesh will be held in Indore. The deity will be adorned with 4,000 kg of flowers.
The city of Indore is all set to witness a grand rathyatra of Lord Venkatesh. The deity will be taken out in a procession as part of the Brahmotsav and Rathyatra Mahotsav at the Sri Lakshmi Venkatesh Devsthan in Chatri Bagh. Before the rathyatra, Lord Venkatesh will be seated on a throne made of flowers, weighing around 4,000 kg, and will bless the devotees.
