Lightning strike kills three in Araria's Aradbadi village

A powerful lightning bolt struck the fields of Aradbadi village in the Tarabadi police‑station area of Araria district, Bihar, on Wednesday. The strike hit a small group of men who had gone to the fields to herd cattle. Among the three victims were an uncle and his two nephews, all belonging to the same family.

Local residents said the men were working in an open area when the bolt hit, leaving no time for anyone to take shelter. Emergency services were called to the scene, but the three were pronounced dead at the site.
