KAVA Flags Inadequate Facilities at ABC Office in Mohali, Staff Struggle

The KAVA union has raised concerns over insufficient amenities at the ABC workplace in Mohali, saying employees are facing daily hardships.
The KAVA trade union has formally complained that the ABC office in Mohali lacks basic facilities required for a functional workplace. According to the union, essential amenities such as clean restrooms, drinking water and a proper cafeteria are either missing or in poor condition, forcing staff to seek alternatives outside the premises.
Union representatives said the shortfall is affecting employee morale and productivity, with many workers spending extra time and money to meet their basic needs during work hours. KAVA has urged the management of ABC to address the gaps promptly and provide a safe, hygienic environment for its staff.
The complaint was lodged after several rounds of informal discussions failed to bring improvements. KAVA has now requested a site inspection by relevant labour authorities to verify the allegations and ensure compliance with workplace standards.
