Justice Manash Ranjan Pathak Sworn In as Gujarat High Court Judge

Justice Manash Ranjan Pathak took oath as a judge of the Gujarat High Court on Thursday, adding a seasoned jurist to the bench. The ceremony was held at the court premises in Ahmedabad, presided over by the Chief Justice of the High Court. Prior to this appointment, Pathak served as a senior judge in the Calcutta High Court, where he handled a range of civil and criminal cases. His elevation is expected to strengthen the judiciary’s capacity to address the growing caseload in Gujarat.
