Flash floods and landslides in Jammu & Kashmir have caused several fatalities and property damage, with rescue teams actively working to reach affected areas.
Heavy rainfall in recent days triggered flash floods and landslides across multiple districts of Jammu & Kashmir. The sudden water surge and soil collapse have led to the loss of several lives and significant damage to homes and infrastructure.
Local authorities report that the affected areas are experiencing widespread displacement, with many residents stranded in their houses or on roads cut off by debris. Property damage includes damaged buildings, collapsed roads, and flooded agricultural fields.
