The Daily Excelsior has highlighted a strategic shift in Jammu & Kashmir's priorities, moving away from a predominant focus on security to an emphasis on sustainable development.
This change signals a new direction for the region, aiming to address long‑term economic and environmental goals alongside maintaining peace and stability.
While specific programs and timelines have not been disclosed, the announcement indicates a broader policy realignment that could reshape investment and development strategies in the state.
