Jaipur Municipal Election: Aamer Ward Leads with 81.41% Turnout, Others Lag

In the recent Jaipur municipal corporation polls, the Aamer ward recorded the highest voter turnout at 81.41%, while Sanganeer, Malviya Nagar and Civil Lines showed lower participation.
The municipal corporation elections held in Jaipur displayed a stark contrast in voter engagement across different localities. While the city overall saw moderate participation, certain wards stood out for their distinct voting patterns.
Aamer ward topped the list, registering an 81.41% turnout, the highest among all zones surveyed. This strong showing positioned the area as a clear outlier in terms of civic involvement.
In contrast, the neighboring wards of Sanganeer, Malviya Nagar and Civil Lines recorded noticeably lower turnouts, lagging behind the city average. Analysts noted that these areas, traditionally considered political strongholds, did not match the enthusiasm seen in Aamer.
