On Tuesday, Indore marked No Car Day, urging citizens to leave private vehicles and use city buses, e‑rickshaws, bicycles or walk to curb pollution.
Indore’s municipal authorities launched a city‑wide No Car Day on Tuesday, asking residents to forgo private cars for the day. The initiative promotes the use of public buses, electric rickshaws, bicycles and walking as cleaner alternatives. Organisers highlighted the event’s aim to reduce vehicular emissions and improve air quality in the capital of Madhya Pradesh.
