The court, while hearing a case related to the bypass's upkeep, expressed its displeasure over the lack of maintenance and the resulting hazardous situation for commuters. The court has summoned the NHAI project director to appear before it on December 22nd. The NHAI will be expected to provide a detailed explanation regarding the maintenance lapses and a plan for immediate repairs.
