The Institute of Hotel Management (IHM) in Hyderabad has opened the fifth season of the national hospitality competitions, a flagship event that showcases the culinary and service skills of hospitality students nationwide.
Student teams from several hotel management institutes across India have converged on the IHM Hyderabad campus to compete in categories such as food preparation, front‑office operations, housekeeping and event management.
Organisers say the competition aims to raise industry standards, provide a platform for peer learning and help participants build professional networks that can aid future employment in the hospitality sector.
