Heavy Rainfall Forecast

The Indian Meteorological Department (IMD) has issued a forecast of heavy rainfall in several states across the country. Delhi, Punjab, and Himachal Pradesh are expected to experience heavy downpour in the coming days. The IMD has warned of possible waterlogging and disruptions to daily life. In addition to these states, a red alert has been issued for Odisha due to a depression in the Bay of Bengal. The depression is likely to cause heavy rainfall and strong winds in the state.
