The film 'Hanuman Ansh' collected ₹6.5 crore in its tenth weekend, helped by a surge in Telugu‑speaking regions, and overtook 'Border 2' to become the second‑highest‑grossing Indian movie of 2026.
Hanuman Ansh recorded a net collection of ₹6.50 crore in its tenth weekend, a notable rise driven largely by increased patronage in Telugu‑speaking territories. The regional boost helped the film sustain its box‑office momentum well beyond the typical drop after the first few weeks.
The earnings enabled Hanuman Ansh to surpass Border 2, which had previously occupied the second spot among Indian releases for the year. With this overtaking, the movie now ranks as the second‑largest grossing Indian film in domestic markets for 2026.
Industry analysts note that maintaining such a performance deep into a film’s run is rare, underscoring the strong word‑of‑mouth and cross‑regional appeal that Hanuman Ansh has generated. The result reinforces the film’s position as a major commercial success for the year.
